    Kuruvadweep will be temporarily closed to the public from May to early November, due to the monsoon. The island is open during the months from October to May and there is an admission fee to the island. The time schedule for the visitors is from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

    The island of Kuruva is located 15 kilometers from Mananthavady, 40 kilometers from Kalpetta, and 58 kilometers from Sultanbattery. There are regular bus services from Mananthavady to Kuruva Island. The nearest airport is Calicut International Airport, which is approximately 120 kilometers from the Island.
